About this role
What you would do
- Land Protectors: clean ups, trail work, and other outdoor projects in the Pinelands National Reserve
- Farmstead Projects: physical maintenance of the historic farmstead property
- Garden Volunteer: manage our native landscaping and historic garden beds
- Office Projects: mailings, research, manning the Pinelands Visitors Center
- Fairs and Festivals: staff the outreach table at community events
- Special Events: help with the Tour de Pines bike event and the Native Plant Sales
The Alliance works out of the historic Bishops Farmstead in Southampton. You pick the area that fits you and work under a staff lead. Outdoor projects run mostly in spring, summer and fall, and office work is available year round.
