About this role
What you would do
Children's Library: help prepare for programs and crafts and empty the book drop
General Library: serve as a Library Helper on varying tasks in the Teen and Adult Libraries
Tech Teens: help patrons download apps and print, and help staff with tech related issues
Tech Teens: help with tech related programs on an as needed basis
Teen Advisory Board: influence library functioning, teen programming and library materials at monthly meetings
Bernards Township Library serves families across the township, and teen volunteers work in nearly every part of the building. Shifts are short, close to two hours, and most land on weekday afternoons or early evenings. Tech Teens also cover Saturday midday.
