- Tutor: give educational instruction to residents
- Arts and Crafts: lead creative activities with youth
- Cooking and Kitchen Help: assist with meal preparation and kitchen tasks

- Planting: gardening and landscaping work on the grounds
- Project for a Day: one time maintenance or improvement projects
- Mentoring: build an ongoing supportive relationship with a young person
- E-Helper: fill specific youth requests such as prom costs, sports team fees or work items
Visions and Pathways serves homeless, abused and at risk youth from its base in Bridgewater. Volunteers spend time with young people living in the agency's programs. Program staff supervise and support every direct service volunteer. Volunteers are never alone with a resident and never leave the property with one.
